Event: 5km and 10km Road Race
Date: Thursday, August 26th @ 9:00am
Location: Start/Finish: St. Lawrence Park, Brockville, ON
Event Information:
- Course maps to be confirmed
- Men and Ladies 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74 and 75-79 (80+) age divisions
- Top three male and female competitors in each division receive medals
- A medical examination within two months prior to the games is strongly recommended
- The top 4 place finishers in each age classification qualify for the 2011 NSGA Championships in Houston, Texas
