We’re looking for committed, organized people who know how to get results. Show how much you love Brockville and the 1000 Islands by helping us plan the Games.

We need committee leaders, committee members and project managers in a number of areas, including sports and venue operations, volunteer management, transportation, hospitality, telecommunications and media relations.

We believe in diversity and offer a supportive, inclusive environment for both volunteers and staff.

The Volunteer Bureau of Leeds and Grenville has in its purpose and mission, to recruit and refer volunteers to local not for profit organizations and special projects. Under this umbrella, the Bureau is proud to assist the 2010 Canada 55+ Games to recruit volunteers.  Consultation with the Games Organizing Committee (GOC), volunteer management initiatives and formulas have been explored to provide a full and rewarding volunteer experience for all those involved.
